Per agreement a wide range of document types can be uploaded in to 2Agree or (hyper)linked to your local or cloud storage (e.g. Sharepoint or Google Drive). Out of experience we know that scanned PDF files are used but you can also upload / (hyper)link Word/Excel files for example.
After a document upload or after selecting a document template from the library, you can create contract documents (with track changes).
Documents can be sent to 1 or multiple recipients for digital signature
After completing the process a signed document and certificate will be available in 2Agree
The most important contract changes will be stored.
